the room included a mini-fridge, a kettle. an iron with an ironing board! the shower was AMAZING!!! the bed and bedsheets felt super comfortable. the tv was large too, a great bonus.

the bathroom drains were a bit blocked, made showering a little less enjoyable.

The room was spacious with everything i needed. I found Lisbon themed soaps and shower gels in the bathroom.

the button on the toilet was partially missing and the toilet kept flushing unless i interacted with the button.

i found the staff amiable and accommodating. a laundromat was conveniently located nearby. a supermarket was also a short walk away around the corner. the neighborhood felt quiet unlike some of the tourist spots.

i observed mold under the shower area. the drain was to clog easily which was a small inconvenience.

the hotel is near the metro station anjos on the green line. a nearby park provides a place for recreation about twenty minutes walking distance. the location's convenience enhanced my travel experience due to the proximity.

The team were always smiling. They are always wanting to assist me. The area is quite neat. I found the cost fair, especially considering the location. A laundry place sits just meters away. That was useful.

The hallways were quite echoey. I heard lots of door slamming. I felt disturbed by this noise often. The noise traveled too easily.

the room had a nice size and the bathroom was good too. i didn't had breakfast but it looked good to me.

the tv did not work well and the telephone was also not working good. the bed wasn't very comfy, for a five days trip they didn't change bedsheets.
